About the role
<p>Garap Edu is looking for a <strong>Product Development Specialist</strong> to join our team. You will translate real school workflows—from attendance and curriculum grading to tahfidz logbooks and foundation dashboards—into calm, reliable product experiences.</p> <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Conduct user discovery with principals, curriculum leads, homeroom teachers, and school treasurers.</li> <li>Author clear product specs, user flows, and acceptance criteria with design and engineering.</li> <li>Ensure every module upholds our “single teacher input, complete for all” principle.</li> <li>Measure school adoption and guide iterative improvements.</li> </ul>
What you’ll do

What you’ll bring
- 2+ years of experience in Product Management, System Analysis, or EdTech/SIAKAD software development.
- Familiarity with Indonesian school workflows (curriculum grading, e-reports, admissions, or foundation operations).
- Strong written product documentation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Deep empathy for teachers, school staff, and parents.
