- Student, parent or guardian, teacher, and staff profile information as authorized by the partner school.
- Daily attendance records from RFID, facial recognition, or fingerprint devices used by the school.
- Academic records, LMS and CBT activity, daily journals, school fee invoices, cashless canteen transactions, and pickup authorization, depending on the services used by the school.
2. How Information Is Used
Information recorded in the Garap Edu ecosystem is used to:
- Share student attendance, learning, and daily activity information with authorized schools, teachers, and parents.
- Support academic administration, report cards, and school and foundation financial management.
- Improve technical reliability, access security, and operational support for partner schools.
3. School Data Access and Protection
Access to school and foundation information follows user roles, such as school administrators, foundation leaders, teachers, parents, students, and pickup staff. Garap Edu does not sell or rent student or family personal information for commercial advertising.
4. Access, Correction, and Deletion Requests
Changes to student and guardian profiles are coordinated with the partner school’s official administrator. Users can submit privacy questions or account deletion requests through the official contact details below.
